This internship program for animal husbandry and veterinary students from Upper Myanmar provides practical, hands-on training in animal care, veterinary practices, wildlife conservation, and zoo management. With guidance from experienced zoo professionals, students improve their knowledge, skills, and professional abilities while gaining awareness of animal welfare and environmental conservation. The program also promotes collaboration between zoological institutions and educational organizations to prepare future professionals in animal care and conservation.
This program invites animal lovers to participate in scheduled feeding sessions, providing a unique opportunity to support the nutritional needs of over 1,400 animals. To prioritize the safety of both donors and wildlife, the program is conducted under strict health guidelines, ensuring that all food provided is high-quality, safe, and internally sourced to prevent the risk of outside infection.
